First occupier moves into ModVillage
NXT Recruitment has become the first occupier to move into the ModVillage development based at Kingmoor Park, Carlisle.

NXT Recruitment recently completed their move and their new space compromises of a large open-plan office, reception area, interview room, and a kitchen. The containers are lined with extremely efficient spray foam insulation which means that they stay at a perfect temperature during both winter and summer. Floor-to-ceiling windows mean that the offices provide a light and airy space to work from, and the addition of the communal garden and roof terrace offer fantastic places for people to enjoy the sunshine during the warmer months.
Each office is independent of others on the development, which means each space benefits from having its own main entrance, kitchen, and toilet facilities, removing the need for shared access, allowing occupiers greater peace-of-mind during this challenging time we find ourselves in owing to the Coronavirus pandemic.
